Six Schools Strong

Strategic Collaboration
is Our Superpower

The Consortium is six Catholic schools, operating together under one Central Office. Operational support comes from the tuition and fees received, as well as from 16 supporting parishes and other community supporters.

Consortium leadership team members work with our Board of Directors to guide and grow the organization. Central Office staff includes Human Resources, Development, Finance, Recruitment and Enrollment.

Each of the six school leaders are supported to ensure that students receive an exceptional education where they can build relationships among their peers and explore their relationship with Christ.

Our mission in action

consider this story from a mother at st. thomas more…

She has three children at the school, who transferred from a public school because they were unhappy with the environment and needed a change.

Right away, the family noticed the difference from their children attending our school. The students are performing well academically, making new friends, and actually enjoy going to school every day. One of the children is also in preparation for his First Communion and asked his mother to buy him a Bible. The mom says her son sleeps better at night and that they pray together often. She also shared her son’s desire to now become a priest.

Our Unique Model Helps Sustain Catholic Education For Generations to Come

Catholic schools are unfortunately not a reality for many families who desire it, because they feel it is out of reach. But at the Consortium, we provide tuition assistance to more than 40 percent of our students. We bring together students from more than 50 zip codes, and more than half of our students are students of color, making our six schools among the most diverse in the Archdiocese of Omaha.

This is our legacy.
